Introduction
What is Automatic Water Softening System?
Automatic water softening system, as it is known in the industry, mainly reduces the hardness of water and makes the water scale free. Water softening systems are widely used in industrial and commercial applications.
- In the industrial field, it is used for boiler water supply, whether it is steam boiler or hot water boiler, whether it is electric power, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, food processing, hospitals and other industries using boilers, the system can prevent boiler scaling.
- It is used in the cooling circulating water system of iron and steel, chemical industry, electric power, air-conditioning system, large-scale industrial manufacturing to prevent scaling and clogging.

Regular Automatic Water Softening System VS. Automatic Water Softening System with Floating Bed

Our automatic water softening system adopts the floating bed process, as shown in the below picture, regenerating with downflow and producing water with counterflow. This process has a high resin utilization rate and low resin dosage, with less inert resin. Moreover, this process does not require much soaking solution and regenerant. This is a fully automatic water softening system that saves water, electricity and regenerant. Compared with ordinary automatic water softening system, it uses less electricity. The utilization rate of water can reach more than 95%. The regeneration agent is 30%-50% less than other regular water softening systems.
