What is Air Compressor Heat Recovery System?
The purpose of the Air Compressor Heat Recovery System is to gather heat generated while an air compressor is operating and use it to warm water.
Waste heat from the compressor's cooling lubricating oil is captured by the heat exchanger and converted into hot water with a temperature range of 50 to 85°C.
Working Principle
When the air compressor works, it converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, and then mechanical energy is converted into wind energy to produce heat energy. The lubricant exhaust temperature of the air compressor is as high as 85-102℃, which contains a large amount of heat energy. This part of the thermal energy is called waste heat before it is utilized and discharged by the fan or cooling water. This emission produces the greenhouse effect, increases the energy consumption of the plant and pollutes the environment.
