Product Description:

The condensate water recovery device can be powered by steam or electricity, depending on the user's requirements. The retrieved condensate water can either be returned directly to the boiler or to a user-designated location. The device consists of several components, such as a specialized condensate water recovery pump, a motor, a recovery tank, a cavitation elimination device, a liquid level sensor, a magnetic flip liquid level gauge, a pressure gauge, a filter, a pressure regulating valve, a blowdown valve, a control panel, and others.

The steam condensate water enters the tank via a steam trap, which separates the steam from the water. Once the liquid level sensor detects a high liquid level in the tank, it sends a signal to the control panel, which then triggers the condensate water recovery pump. The pump, equipped with a cavitation elimination device and filter, carries the high-temperature condensate water and some secondary steam to the water tank (or the user-designated location), thereby completing the steam condensate water recovery process.

If the liquid level sensor detects a low liquid level in the tank, it sends a signal to the control panel, which in turn stops the condensate water recovery pump. The recovery device is fully automated, with dual pumps operating in a backup mode and automatically switching between them. The device operates by simply turning it on.
