Steam as an energy source is widely used in various industries, such as food, power generation, petroleum, chemical, printing and dyeing, paper making, textile, brewing, rubber, ceramics and other industrial fields. Under the energy crisis, recovering heat energy and saving combustion is the best way. According to statistics, assuming that the steam pressure of the plant is 7kg/cm², the steam is piped to the heat engine, and only 75% of the potential heat is really absorbed. The remaining 25% of the heat, called waste heat, remains in the condensate and is discharged through the trap. The condensate recovery device produced by our company effectively recycles condensate directly to the boiler, boiler's soft water tank, piping, or to a place designated by the user. This reduces the plant's consumption of fresh water and heating energy. Our steam condensate recovery units can treat condensate and recycle it according to customer requirements.

And if natural gas is used, the boiler efficiency is 75%, the calorific value of natural gas is 35,587.8kJ/m³, 87,900,000kJ ÷ 35,587.8kJ/m³ ÷ 75% = 32,930.3m³, the natural gas can save 32,930.3m³, and if natural gas is $2/cubic meter, the total saving is $65,860.6. Don't look at it as a small amount, if the recycling volume is 6 tons/hour or over, this is a very large amount of money that will accumulate over time.
