It is composed of several key components that include a special pump for condensate water recovery, a motor, a storage tank, a cavitation elimination device, a liquid level sensor, a magnetic flip liquid level gauge, a pressure gauge, a filter, a pressure regulating valve, a blowdown valve, and an automated control panel.

The process of condensate water recovery begins when steam condensate water enters the storage tank via a steam trap where the water and steam are separated. The liquid level sensor in the tank detects high-level signals, initiating the condensate water recovery pump that transfers the high-temperature condensate water and secondary steam to the water tank or user-specified location, after passing through the cavitation elimination device and filter.

The condensate water recovery pump automatically shuts off when the liquid level sensor detects a low-level signal. Additionally, the system operates in fully automatic control mode, with dual pumps working in backup mode and switching between them automatically. Simple power activation is all that is needed for the device to operate optimally.
