Condensate recovery device consists of condensate recovery pump, motor, recovery tank, cavitation elimination device, liquid level sensor, magnetic flip-plate level meter, pressure gauge, filter, regulator, drain valve, control box and other components.

 

Steam condensate enters the tank through the steam trap and is separated from the steam in the tank. When the liquid level sensor detects high liquid level in the tank, the liquid level sensor sends a high liquid level signal to the electric box controller, and the electric box controller turns on the condensate recovery pump. High-temperature condensate recovery pump will be high-temperature condensate and a small amount of secondary steam through the pump before the cavitation elimination device, filter delivery to the customer's designated location, the entire steam condensate recovery process is completed.

 

When the liquid level sensor detects a low liquid level in the tank, the liquid level sensor sends a low liquid level signal to the electric box controller, which shuts down the condensate recovery pump.
