Principle of Operation

 

  • Gathering Condensate

In a working steam system, steam converts heat energy into water, which is subsequently gathered in a catchment tank via pipes.
 

  • Detection and Management of Water Level

The water collection tank has a water level sensor attached to track the water level in real time. The electric pump will be started automatically by the water level management system when the water level reaches a predefined high level.
 

  • Condensate transportation

The condensate is moved from the catchment tank to the boiler or other water-using facilities by a motorized pump.
